These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement and End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Growth Asteroid ("AIMZ", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the AIMZ Suite application and services on the web, Android, and iPhone (iOS) (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business use by users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the business information you provide is accurate.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or make the Service available to third parties except for the team members you invite to your workspace.

3. Your Account & Workspace

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the team members you invite and the access (roles) you grant them, and for removing access when appropriate. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

AIMZ offers a Free tier and paid auto-renewable subscription tiers (currently Starter and Booster), each billed monthly. Paid subscriptions on iPhone are sold and processed by the Apple App Store, and on Android by Google Play. By subscribing you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (iPhone) or Google Play subscription settings (Android). Cancelling stops future renewals; it returns you to the Free tier at the end of the paid period and does not delete your data.
• Prices are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may change; we will give notice of changes as required by the relevant app store.

5. Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' refund policies, and refunds for such purchases are handled by Apple or Google — not by us. We are unable to directly refund App Store or Google Play transactions. For refund requests, please contact the relevant app store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data; or (e) use the Service to build a competing product.

7. Your Data & Ownership

You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and maintain the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including the personal data of your customers and team members.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Growth Asteroid and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or to the underlying software beyond the license above.

9. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and may permanently delete your account and owned workspace data in the app at Settings → Security → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AIMZ is a bookkeeping and business-management tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying your records and for your own tax and regulatory compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Asteroid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Islamabad will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

14. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If you download AIMZ from the Apple App Store, the following also apply and prevail over any conflicting terms above as required by Apple:

• These Terms are between you and Growth Asteroid only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your license to use the app is a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Any support questions should be directed to us at support@aimzsuite.com.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app; any failure to conform to a warranty is our responsibility.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or consumer-protection claims, or claims that the app infringes intellectual-property rights — these are our responsibility.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
